If she is on the temporary then it is most likely that she would need to leave unless she can line up another visa like employer sponsored. Guest GeorgeD Posted September 6, 2012 Share Posted September 6, 2012 Depends on the reason for the breakup too...for example, if domestic violence were involved (and the police were aware) then there is chance she could be allowed to stay even if only a Temp Resident.
