Hi all, I am really hoping someone can offer advice on this. I am all day on Internet researching and can't seem to find an answer.

I have Victorian State Sponsorship that is valid until the 31/8/12. I got an email from Victoria on the 23rd April stating

"if you do not advise the Skilled and Business Migration Program that you have submitted either the visa application or EOI application by 31 August 2012, Victorian Government state nomination will be withdrawn."

My problem is I am due a baby in three weeks and have been ill on and off. I had booked and paid to sit my Ielts test on the 9/6 but was too ill to attend therefore lost what I had paid.

I guess it's my fault the weeks have rolled by too quick and I now find myself in the predicament of being too pregnant and ill to sit Ielts within the next three weeks.

Is There anyway of submitting the expression of interest without the Ielts? I only need ten points and was wondering when time comes to submit evidence I will have then taken test. I know you are allowed to update your ielts result but I am not sure if I get invited to apply will I be in trouble for not having sat my test. Before application of eoi.

Is it worth the risk of losing state sponsorship?????????? Any advice greatly appreciated :)

You might be able to lodge without IELTS. May I suggest you consult an experienced registered migration agent?
