sussex boy
Hello, We are moving to Bunbury soon, where we will be renting. Does anyone know if the advertised rental price includes council and water rates? Many thanks for your help

realitynotincluded
Hope this can help... reiwa.com.au... it is a western australian rent/sale for houses.... if you dig around it probably give you some idea on rentals... usually on a rental thru an agent you wont pay water rates or council rates , and they wont tell you if you are paying these rates in your rent amount, that bit is secret lol but it is the owners responsibility..... but your water is usually metred and how much you use is how much you pay and of course gas and electric use. Guest guest17301
No council rates or water rates for renters...the owner pays these costs. You will pay for water used only....generally anything between $100 and $300 every 6 months.
