Help - Skill select account locked

I tried logging to my skill select account today and realised that I have forgotten my password and also the answers which I had provided for the secret questions. It was very callous of me not to have noted down the password.

 

I entered wrong password thrice and now my account is locked. Am getting a message that I have to contact my security contact. I have no idea who is the concerned security contact. I have posted a query at the technical support website but am afraid that I might lose my EOI. :cry:

 

Did anybody have any experience losing their password and then retrieved it. Think I am entering crisis mode. Can please someone provide any advice?

I read this announcement, but the maintenance would have got over an hour back.

I have an idea but not sure about the password. I will have to again try logging tomorrow or wait for the reply of the technical support. The thought that I might lose my EOI is giving me a heart ache...
