Guest aphex2k
I know I can use my UK driving license for the duration of my 457 but I'm looking at getting a scooter as my trip to work is only 30 mins each way. As I can use a scooter >125cc in the UK I assume I can just buy one in WA and get going... Or is it stupidly more difficult than this....?
purplelady
Hi, just letting you know that you need a motorbike licence for anything over 50cc :-(

flag of convenience
I was always under the impression that a car license would be sufficent. Rather fancied a scotter to get around the city but decided against after almost being wiped out an a bicycle...
Guest aphex2k
Weird. I hired scooters when I was in WA and they were fine with my UK driving license. If my UK license is valid for the period of my 457, then surely this covers scooters up to 125 as it does in the UK?
