DaveS
I cannot find anything direct from the HMRC - but it seems to me that there could/should be a way to refund your pension contributions from national insurance. Does anyone have any idea if it is possible or any further information? I do not want in particular this years contributions to count towards my state pension - and if possible I'd like to retrieve the past few years as well. Rupert
I don't think it is possible.
surflen22
I'm not sure of the exact details but if you're still in the UK you might be able to claim a partial rebate for this year. If you've already left then its too late.
