StevieF8 Posted July 10, 2012 Share Posted July 10, 2012 Rockingham is a great place to live, it is an older area in terms of the surrounding towns like Baldivs (Settlers Hills), Secret Harbour and the expanding Kwinana They have an excellent beach with an adjacent foreshore with several cafes There is a big shopping centre with supermarkets and cinema and at the back of the shopping centre there is a road which is filled with restaurants and bars There are a few golf courses and parks nearby and also a few gyms Its about an hour to drive Perth centre from there or 30-40 minutes south to Mandurah You will get a lot more info here http://www.rockingham.wa.gov.au/ Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

pluto Posted July 10, 2012 Share Posted July 10, 2012 My daughter is 11, she loves going to the foreshore, skateboarding, netball and she will be going back to St Johns Ambulance once we get chance to enrol her again. She is always out and about having fun. There are a lot of clubs and stuff to do What do you enjoy doing ? pluto Posted July 11, 2012 Share Posted July 11, 2012 Fishing, I forgot about the fishing, my daughter loves fishing. Great fishing off the jetty at the foreshore.
