smithinoz
Hi everyone, I'm really chuffed that I was allocated my case officer this morning. They have asked for additional information, most of which is straight forward. However, they have asked for custody documents of biological children under 18 - does anyone know what they mean, or what they will accept please? I have my own daughter who is nearly 18 (I split from her father when she was 3). She is going to do a statutory declaration. She plans to try and come out after she has finished her A levels. No financial arrangement is in place with her father - both parents contribute equally. For hubby - we have a copy of court order in respect of youngest child who is non migrating. Hopefully this will suffice? However, he also has twins from his first marriage but has no documentation from the court. Would a letter from the mother be ok? A copy of CSA letters? Hope you can help.....
rammygirl
Why not ask the CO what they want just e-mail them the question. The nearly 18 year old doesn't under English law require the permission of the father to go, the CO may not know that.
