rasserie Posted April 24, 2012 Share Posted April 24, 2012 need some advice.263111 is currently not on WA SOL.i am trying to see if its possible to apply to WA off list.however, the online application website states that 263111 quota has been filled and there is no way to apply an off list SS application.is there a paper application somewhere?
