Hello, Haven't ever posted on here but have been anxiously reading people's posts to check timelines so thought I would add ours for anyone else doing the same. I'm an Aussie/Brit and my partner is British. De facto since Dec 2019 (together since Dec 2018). We didn't apply through an agency. Applied for 309 partner visa July 23rd (2021)(uploaded all attachments on the same day). Medical complete 13th August. Request for information received on Sept 8th (requested UK police check for my partner and information on how I got my British Citizenship). Police check and additional info uploaded 23rd Sept. 309 Visa granted 18th October. Good luck to anyone else still waiting to hear back.
