hi all, just another quick question for 186 Visa, does it always involve a Labour Market Test when applying for it? May it be 186 DE or TRT? TIA! keep safe in this troubles times

Hi All! Hope all is doing good on a Friday. Just a quick question, I tried reading from page 1, but after page 30, I kinda got lost on this very long and helpful thread. My company has offered to help out in providing a 186 DE, and they want to do it with an agent. Thing is, the cost is a bit huge for me so I am thinking if I can DIY. Please help to point me in the right direction so I can get the necessary paper works completed to get it rolling. All the best!

thanks @sydneybrit and @Hex for both your inputs... i'll go see if my employer can help me out with a 186DE then instead of waiting for my 3rd year for the 186TRT... indeed it would be better for my family to be able to get that PR ASAP especially right now, the government just changes their rules so fast.

Hi all! Hope everyone is in good condition while ready this enquiry of mine. Just would like to find out what my options are and which would be best as Visa for me and my family. Currently on 482 which will expire next year, thinking of doing the 186DE but not sure if I should just wait on my 3 years to ask my employer for a sponsor 186TR? But not sure how to do this on my own, can you please show me the right way to start? TIA! All the best!
