Alhamdulillah! 12 years of wait is over Finally. 186 TRT granted today! Occupation: Management Accountant. Visa & nomination lodged: 27th July 2020 Number of applicants: 2 ( 1 offshore Bangladesh) Medical: done long ago ( can't remember the date ) CO contact: 4th May 2021 ( I complained about the change of processing time on the previous day) Requested documents are membership or license as a management accountant. English competency requirements for Wife. Documents submitted: 24th May Visa & nomination grant: 8th June. Thank you, everyone. Now I can take good night's sleep.

Hi All, Finally got a bit of movement. Immi asked for further documents for nomination. Any recent Accountant nomination approval, Did they ask this to you? "Evidence of Occupational Licence/Registration - Please provide evidence that the applicant, at the time of application, currently hold or are eligible to become the holder of a license, registration or membership to work as Management Accountant 221112." If so, please let me know what documents would satisfy this? TIA

Your nomination was real quick. Did you apply both together? I have done the same on 27th July. No update for nomination as well. Not sure whether it has something to do with applications from Vic? I have seen most applications progressing are from victoria. This immigration does not have any clarification of how they work. I got an offshore applicant too. That could be another scenario but I believe that has nothing to do with nomination.

I got married on 20th Feb 2020, came back to Australia on 25th February. If no pandemic I could have applied temp visa for my wife but had to apply for 186 hoping for a quick approval. The long wait is just adding to my struggle for the last 11 years!

They do More than $50ml with around 1200 employees.
