The timeframe was 6 months and they change it to 11 months, so first I complain about that and I said that they should consider the regional areas too.

First complain was about the timeline and they reply automatically that I had to wait, then I reply that I live in a regional area and they are considering that. They reply to me saying they will forward my complain to the department RBA. The next day nomination approved and then visa granted.

I did the same but they answer that they don't replay about visa information and that I need to call.

I'm a chef applied 186 DE in October 2020. I received an email saying that soon an office will have my process in hands. So I hope to have good news soon.

I agree, but the fact it's that they sent the email. Im glad I have a good agent. It will be impossible if I didn t have a good relation with my agent. He told me that we have all documents submitted since beginning, so we don't need to do nothing.

What matters is the Australian police check if you are onshore. As long as you stay in australia the overseas police checks remain valid.

Hi guys. I apply in September 2020 to the 186DE, chef. Still waiting. Processing time is different depending if it is DE or TRT. So I still have some hope that I will have some good news soon.
