Speak with your immigration agent. We are just a forum. I don't think to give instructions about what to say to immigration is wise. We can suggest, but it's at your own risk. I think it's ok to ask for an extension.

I don't think there is a day or a week in the month where they are going to give attention to complaints. Each case is one case. You have to submit yours if you wanna see if something going to happen.

He is an accredited sponsor. I was in 482 for 2y and now they have applied the 186DE. But other employees had their 186 without being in the 482. I didn't have any update about my nomination so far. Thanks.
