Hey all, I complained and it seemed to do the trick, I received my “golden email” today!! I will share tomorrow my initial complaint + the correspondence with the Feedback Officer.

Request was for my partners visa confirmation and copy of passport. As stated above, requested on 23rd and responded 28th - so 5 day turnaround. Yes i believe my company nomination has been approved.
