    I had submitted the PCC on 5th May 2021, yes post that it changed to further assessment

    Got the PR today, below are the details 457 to 186 TRT Pathway Role :- Business Analyst Visa and Nomination applied - 15 June 2020, Vic , non regional Applicants - Three Medicals 07 OCT 2020 Nomination approved - 20th April 2021 s56 request AU PCC 20th April 2021 Visa Granted- 15th June 2021

    I had got a letter from the college stating, My course was in English medium and had submitted a copy of the document notarized

    Yes, the validity for functional English is only valid for 12 months before you applied for the visa.

    The PTE scores are valid for 2 years as printed on the certificate from the date of issue, however for Immigration, it is valid up to three years from the date of issue. Once you have applied for the Visa and it falls within three years its all good.
