Hi all, need some inputs on this please. I work as a chef. My current employer who sponsored my visa482, still haven't reopened any of their venues. Now i am looking for a new restaurant to work for. Question is - lets say I got a new employer, instead of transferring my work visa 482, i will ask them to sponsor me 186DE, is this possible? Is it possible for my new employer to sponsor me 186 Direct Entry straight away? or do i have to work for them for some time? (lets say they agreed to sponsor me 186) Thanks guys.
