Hi Adam, Thank you for answering. I will definitely check with another MARA agent like you said. I highly doubt that IMMI will answer questions regarding this, though.

Hi, Thank you for answering. Have you or anyone you know applied in the same scenario? Yes, all my experience (close to 4 years) is noted in my skills assessment. Are you sure that the experience before the skills requirement met date counts too? Thanks again.

Same for me as well. I have close to 4 years of relevant work experience but ACS took 2 years out of that for Skills Assessment. I talked to an agent and they said that only the experience after Skill Requirement Met Date counts which leaves me with a little less than 2 years of experience. In the requirement for 186 visa, DOHA has written "have at least 3 years relevant work experience, unless you are exempt" which is a bit vague. I am wondering if anyone else in our situation has applied for 186 visa and if they can share their experience.
