  3. Thanks, In that case, I have got a certificate from my partner’s college where she has done her full time bachelor degree for 3 years in English medium, will that be sufficient?? should we require to notarize? should we require to attach all mark sheets of her bachelor degree??
  4. My Apologies, As per Immi website on partner function English "in the 12 months before you applied for the visa, you scored one of the following: PTE - 30 and above in each section." Since my wife taken on 20th Dec 2020, it can be used only until 20-Dec-2021, to prove her functional English requirement. Though PTE score is valid for three years, functional English requirement is to take the exam within last 12 months. Hi Everyone, I have a situation, As per new guidelines even for 186, immigration lawyer suggested there is a need for LMT and the ad should be there for 28 days. which means from today, nomination can be lodged only after 25th Dec2020. Regarding partner functional English, She has taken PTE on 20th Dec 2020 and scored more than 60 each which is "Competent Level" My query is, as per immi guidelines, English exam must be taken within last two months but since my partner scored competent level English, is it still applicable? As a other option, she has done her bachelor degree in English medium and we have got certificate from college saying she has completed Full time 3 years bachelor degree with medium of instruction in English. Will that be sufficient? Also, Does this document need to be Notarized? Any suggestion's please?
  6. Hi Everyone, If Employer is applying for Job Keeper payment due to Covid, Will that Employer still eligible to sponser 186 visa where they need to show a position for next 2 years? Employer saying jobkeeper payments will be impacted as they are contradicting one side jobkeeper and otherside visa sponser for a job. Your thoughts please? -nneeri

My 457 Visa is expired recently and currently I am on bridging visa A working with the same employer who sponsored 457. I have got a job where the new company is OK to sponsor 186 Direct entry. Below are my questions? 1) Is it possible to change employer while you are on bridging visa A? 2) Is it possible to raise 186 Direct Entry visa with new employer, any restrictions?   10. Have you done your skill assessment? Is 482 visa applied with the same occupation as a Software Engineer? From the website, 186 medicals are different from 482. Did u check with MA?

I am seeing one last option which is don't submit medicals for 482 until I get clarity on 186, which will delay 482 process and I remains on Bridging A Or, I need to check is it OK to apply 186 trt even if I am on 482 visa with occupation in STSOL?
  13. I have a query in 186 trt, below is the situation currently I am on 457 visa which is going to expire in one month time. My employer is positive to nominate for 186 but it will take some time. Meanwhile they asked me to lodge 482 application which is short term and skill also falls under short term skill set my question is, If i get my 482 grant before 186 nomination, Am I eligible to lodge under 186 trt with the short term occupation? Because 186 trt condition is you need to have 457 or 482 visa and the occupation must be medium or long term but my 482 visa skill is short term

Hi Team, as per current processing time line, both trt and de holds nearly same processing times i am eligible for both and for de my skill assessment is going to expire by 24July my question is between de and trt which is best option? If de is best, I may need to do skill assessment now itself
