Thanks Paul, do you know what one should do if the 100 is not granted within minutes of the 309 and the couple have been together for several years? Is it a matter of applying for the 100 or waiting for approval?
For couples that have been together for more than 2 years, are 100 visas always automatically granted, if so when does this occur i.e is this granted at the same time as the 309? I have heard mixed reports from other couples..
We applied for visa and exemption at the same time. We included evidence of our relationship in our visa application and rationale for travel in our exemption. Exemption also requires planned travel date and we were advised visas are processed in order of planned travel date.
Sorry mistype it is an artist print not a photo and the print could be damaged which isn't low cost to replace or the made to measure frame could be damaged.
Can anyone recommend shipping companies for one piece of art (a framed artist print). I don't think that the value warrants a specialist art shipping firm, but I think it may be better to ship it independently to our movecube so that the shipping company is responsible for packing it properly etc.
Can you wash your tent in a bath tub?

The Australian High Commission London has stated on Facebook that it will be up to airlines to determine who to fly. There are reports that airlines are prioritising first and business class passengers to recover costs.
Hopefully the airlines will start to do multi drop flights so passengers can be disembark in multiple locations in Australia and for the airlines it is still financially compelling to fly to Australia.
We are in the same position re walking away from our home, car and jobs with no indication of when but mounting costs..
We are applying for a 600 visa for my husband while we await the outcome of his spouse visa.
Is health insurance mandatory for a UK citizen given reciprocal health care arrangements? If so, any recommendations on where to start looking. We looked at normal travel insurance but few policies cover 12 months.
Thanks
