Hi I had nomination refused 186 cook trt. Department given me 28 days to withdraw visa application. Already applied 482 as a cook from different employer and got bridging visa C. As we were on bridging visa A because 457 expired after lodged 186. Should I withdraw 186 visa application now.

Better to wait for current then within 28 days do fresh sc482. I am as cook from 4 and half year on 457 can as a chef with fresh sc482 because cook only get 2 years visa

Mean will get refusal for current 186 due to apply fresh 482 from different employer same time. Better to wait for current 186 if refused department will give 28 days during this 28 days can apply fresh 482?

Still didn't get any file refused or canceled and when I applied for 186 had 457 valid. Applied 186 22 September 2919. 457 expired 10 November 2019 after this bridging visa A start.

Requested documents from department. Old owner transfer buisness under new company and abn. Department said new owner immediate family member of old owner they just transfer company under new abn and new company to just nominate to me. Because due to any reason department cancel old owner sponsorships 2018. New company registered 2015 have valid sponsorships and i have already 482 nomination transferred on 17 may 2018 under new company. Thanks
