    If you already meet the requirements for a Partner visa and are able to lodge before the expiry of her current visa, yes.

    The "extension" is actually a new Visitor visa sc600. If she has a "No further stay" condition attached to her current visa, she should first request a waiver to this condition (Form 1447 to NoFurtherStayWaiverRequest@homeaffairs.gov.au)
