  1. Did you have to show them proof of your flight when you applied for the exemption / 600
  2. Not so much as I’m sure I’m be able to fly before December if It comes to it and I have to. I’m more worried about not being able to sort my life out in UK before December, in terms of renting out my UK property and leaving my (currently) stable job in UK in such a uncertain times. I don’t meet the 2 years rule. I left within 6 months of getting my PR. I’d been in the country for around 6 years at the time aswell, I kick myself daily for not sticking it out another few months and getting my citizenship At the time I desperately needed a change and missed my family in the UK so I let my heart rule my head. I regret it now. What’s your plan? July is so close, did you apply for a RRV already?
  3. I am in the same situation with my PR travel facility due to expire in December 2020. I planned to return in September this year. Is it possible to apply for a RRV prior to my travel facility expiration date to see if I would get it? I’m not sure I meet the requirements & I don’t want to risk waiting until it expires to find out I can’t have it. I’m very anxious at the though of losing my PR
  4. I have a similar dilemma but I’m currently in the UK and have been for the past 3 years. The travel facility on my PR runs out in December 2020. My plan was to return to Australia in October 2020 and my flight is booked. Given what’s happening right now I’m unsure what to do. I’m worried that if there are still travel restrictions in place towards the latter part of the year I might not be able to return before my travel facility expires :( Hopefully if this situation does happen the Australian government will show leniency and allow those with expired travel facilities to return I’m tempted to bring my flight forward and leave soon, as in this week, but I feel I should stay here, incase the worse happens and god forbid family members becoming ill or worse —— Can anyone advise if it’s possible to apply for a RRV Outside Australia and prior to your current travel facility's expiry date? Would applying for one now and being unsuccessful effect my current PR status? It would be good to have peace of mind know I have a RRV in place. I do not meet the 2 out of 5 year residency requirement, so I would not get another 5 years, but even a 1 year RRV would help greatly. thanks all for any advice
