Congrats mate, pretty much sure DE timelines are going to go down this month, so many grants last 2-3 days.

Yep this Thread is for ENS 186, I guess it should be ok, he was just sharing info, since there have been hardly any grants on ENS recently that we know of. This just gives us hope that, CO still looking at applications.

Nope application still untouched, My MA advise we would get general reply if contacted, since immigration is busy with other visa applications and exception for travel.

Congrats, These are my points (Disclaimer: not a professional advice, just what comes to my mind right now) Since 186 nomination is not approved, there is hurdle of getting it approved before proceeding with visa, but for 190 you are already on visa stage I guess.( only thing you should be working in that state for next 2 years I guess.) Again if 186 is DE one employer has to prove the position exist for next 2 years, given covid and all unless your business is not strong would be a bit hard to provide docs and prove. One more point to note is 186 has less timeline including visa grant but 190 visa grant timeline is about an year. So all in all there is up and down in both cases. Btw at what point did you get invite at including state nomination. And for which state.?

You can't import nomination application as far as I am aware. The nomination status would only be known by MA and employer.
