Today I got mail for medicals and police check with s56 request..

Booking medical if hard to find dates as given 28 days. 

Any idea how we can book medical services.

It's all about ur empower prooving that he needs u and can't find local in ur place. So u wont be asked anything but still they can ask your payslips etc to see whether you are working for employer/sponsor or not. Working will prove that u are bonafide.

They will ask BAS reports of business,  also if u are already working than Payslips bank details and can company pay you for two years. Generally they ask about company documentation.

Oh I guess urs trade on PMSOL. Mine nomination got approved in March 20 but me not on PMSOL so still waiting for grant almost two years wait after Nomination and applied Dec 17.

Then visa send back to immigration and nothing hear from them . Tried several times contact with the department but nothing happens…. Nearly one year since AAT remitted the case back to immi..

Had applied 187 dec 17 nomination approved March 20. Still waiting.

You should call and ask AAT than they will prioritise ur application.

Hii I will follow Mr Russell's advice. I can't cmsee why you can't get skills assessment done in particularly what u studies.

Do we/agent has to attach nomination approval letter to our visa file with immigrants?

As I know first two files are Employers and third and final goes with IMMI?

Do we have to attach our nomination approval letter or it is attached auto.

Had seen instances where no police checks or meds asked while finalisation visa grants. Hopefully you will get soon.
