Nominations are by the company for a employee. Overall its Employees nomination backed by company. Does it makes sense.

Yes of course employer can create immi account and see status.

But processing times for nominations are unpredictable for sure.

I would suggest you to do some research yourself like

What trade u fall

Skills assessment needed

How many points you can accrue

English level that is ILETS or PTE 

Experience if any

Etc etc are a few

Than u can assess how u  going on track.

Than consult the MARA registered Agents as specified above. Hope it helps

I don't think so. Not an expert or professional but I did the same as you and asked my agent. Hap ID can't be created until called upon by case officer.

Wasn't getting dates initially but I kept looking all over ozz. Got one in Adelaide for next day and just made it.

Nominations were already cleared in March 2020
