Am I reading this correctly. Do we need to open a commonwealth bank account to do the AOS bank guarantee?

Thanks. I've got through before, but my husband has a very busy job and can't really sit on hold for 30 minutes when he's supposed to be working. Kind of unrealistic of them really. Will they call back another time or just expect him to call them?

Thanks. My husband tried calling them, but couldn't get through. So hoping we can bypass the phone call and it doesn't negatively impact the application

Hi @NewBee2019 i spoke with the ATO and they said as long as your employer provides all info to the ATO, then the statement of income found on your MyGov login, should be enough info. But this is interesting

Hi Alan Thanks for your response. Our dividends are not paid out yet, I can't tell you why, its always been the case. Yes, we use an accountant every year. Even if we submit our paperwork as quickly as possible once dividends are paid, I don't think we'll get the notice of assessment back in time, so was hoping there was another piece of evidence. Ideally, I was hoping it wouldn't happen at this exact moment of they year!

Hi Wondered if anybody can help me with completing the AOS. It requires notice of assessment for last financial year (Q45), but my tax assessment hasn't been completed yet, as I'm waiting for a shares payout. Can I just show my payment summary from my employer or is there something else I can provide? Thanks
