hi all i received my golden email this afternoon. So happy, took me 14 years. I arrived in Australia in 2006. Finish my studies and apply for pr in 2008 but my lawyer at that time disappear and my original documents he had in his office. I mean i lost my original documents. Than I applied mrt that took 4 years than i lost in mrt. Coz of mrt my wife were stuck in overseas for 4 years. And applied off shore 457 and that was rejected, i applied again and luckily i got 457 in regional area. Anyway long story short i did not give up and finely After 14 years of struggle i got my PR. JUST WANT TO SAY ONE THING AT THE END IT WILL BE GOOD, IF ITS NOT GOOD ITS NOT THE END.... good luck everyone and thanks for your massive support

Yes i my 186DE nomination was refused than I applied 186trt my nomination is approved. CO asked s56 2nd time. Now just waiting for Visa hopefully will get golden email soon.

@Hex any chance if you can help with this. On 1st s56 co asked me for form 80 and afp Which i submitted as soon as co asked. Now on second s56 co asked me for character deceleration request. Is that mean co already got my character assessment and just want my statutory declaration? And why my status showing further assessment action required? Just curious thanks heaps

Anyone help please as i am bit anxious immigration called at work and want to speak with manager but one of the worker said manager will be available on Wednesday. my question is what they usually ask? and do they ring back as per time given or whenever they gonna be ready? and how long they can take to decide? thanks heap in advance

@Jerita i was reversing car and car hit old man as he fall he had serious injury on his head. My community work was canceled later on. As i was good character with corrections officer. I Applied in june trt cook and in sep got nomination approved and co asked for s56 afp pcc and form 80. We submitted all that on 2oct now just waiting and really worried as my afp state that incident.

Can anyone please help me out as i am bit worried. 4 year ago i was charged with dangerous driving causing serious injury. And got 200hr of community work and lost my license for 18months. And it shows on my afp. Can this affect on my visa. I mean it was an accident not an intentional crime. Just worried. Thanks heaps in advance.

@xushuang923 @xushuang923 hi bro, nominations is approved on 5sep and same day got s56 they asked for afp,form80 and indian pcc And same documents for partner. We have submitted all documents on 2 October. And status says further assessment. Hopefully will receive golden email soon
