  1. great news everyone a user on another forum with 04/01/2016 app date got further doc request today
  2. ya gotta do fake advertisement else application fee will stop coming in. Already collected 45000 visa hopefulls X $3500 = $157,500,000 They have allotted 5000 places a year roughly 45000/5000 = 9 years So new applicants will take 108 months and not 50. But if reality is shown then the application fee will stop coming in
  3. https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/visas/getting-a-visa/visa-processing-times/family-visa-processing-priorities/parent-visas-queue-release-dates based on current planning levels, we estimate new Contributory Parent visa applications lodged that meet the criteria to be queued are likely to take approximately at least 50 months to be released for final processing. Well it says the word "at least" pretty open ended
  4. weird and funny part is that they saying new applications will only take 50 months to get to final processing. Which seems highly unlikely when old ones are taking 45 plus months
  5. Saw someone on Facebook who applied Nov 2015 got doc request only last week and we thinking they done with december
  6. anyone who recently gone through AOS process. Can you please tell that income requirement shown on eligibility checker is that taxable income or net income?
  7. At least this page now showing 49 months for 75% applications and 50 months for 90%. https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/visas/getting-a-visa/visa-processing-times/global-visa-processing-times It was showing no information for couple of months But I guess users here already have an idea of that, still something positive that its being acknowledged.
  8. Hi @gagan1991 @LindaH27 can answer you, very knowledgeable user.
  9. Hi @Vincent92 wondering if you submitted everything (forms and supporting docs) and then went for your identity verification or did identity verification first at centrelink?
  10. lot of silence as predicted by experienced user @LindaH27. All eyes on @bridgie now as he is next in line to receive a request. Hope this year is monthly requests rather than request and then silence of 4 months like last year.
  11. If I was you Id be worried about 70 days being passed from info requested.
  12. Sorry mate, better to get help of a registered migration agent
  13. You sure was 2015 or 2016? Whats the country of applicants?
  14. Dont give us the shits!! Its the weekend. Plus no grants/further docs lately.
  15. https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/visas/getting-a-visa/visa-processing-times/family-visa-processing-priorities/parent-visas-queue-release-dates We don't provide processing times for Contributory Parent, Parent, Contributory Aged Parent and Aged Parent visa applications. Applications for these visas are subject to capping and queueing. ""However, based on current planning levels, we estimate new Contributory Parent visa applications lodged that meet the criteria to be queued are likely to take approximately at least 50 months to be released for final processing. "" When they say new applications are they talking about applications that will be lodged or that are already in que? Also every month they increasing one month. Last month was 49 months and previous month was 48 months. How can you win a race? When every time you reach a finish line it gets further extended.
  16. Dont take it personally If a teller or a cashier asks you to jump the que then its not your fault
  17. Thanks for info ramot, well its makes sense now. It does come out the 143 quota though. Nothing against you guys
  18. https://www.homeaffairs.gov.au/foi/files/2018/fa180500576-document-released.pdf
  19. Actually I read it wrong, they getting priority until 2022, funny how its bad manners to jump que at a supermarket or a bank in Australia but ok to jump a visa que
  20. This links say the retirement pathway people wont get 143 until 2022, so atleast they not jumping the que untill then. https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/visas/permanent-resident/visa-options/retirement-visa-pathway
  21. Any new visa grants or invitation for further docs? Whilst everyone is becoming a data analyst.
  22. This visa is all about being patient and that is why I used that username. If you spread positivity the wait time runs by but if you spread negativity all the time then it gets difficult to wait. Although most users here are helpful. Some always see the glass half empty.
  23. If this is not the case then the numbers in that pdf/in the que include secondary applicants too.
