  1. You hold 457 visa which is valid until Sept 2020. That 457 visa is your current visa and you must continue to abide by the conditions of that visa. If, by Sept 2020, your PR has not been granted your bridging visa will become active so that you can continue to live and work in Australia.
  2. @cyril_au I got s56 request twice. One on 4th June for Medicals and PCC. Last request was made on Aug 2 for providing disclosure of information of Police Certificate so that Australia Immigration could directly check the criminal history from their New Zealand counterpart. This is normal if you've stayed in NZ before. The document was last uploaded on 6th of August. So the application got Finalized in exactly one month after the last submission.
  3. Congrats @positivewill. I am also on the same boat. I was in NZL for two years. Immigration asked for police check from NZL. I submitted the letter provided by MOJ (which took 20 working days to arrive). Now Immigration have sent me another s56 request with CONSENT OF DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION form which is to be submitted to the DOHA. Does it take time for NZ MOJ to disclose the information to DOHA?
  4. @leezo77 I got a similar request today. I had submitted Conviction Check from NZ late June. Now there is a s56 request for CONSENT OF DISCLOSURE INFORMATION form. Does this take any significant time for MoJ to respond to DOHA or is it quicker as it took 4 weeks to get my Conviction Check from NZ. Can't help but wait.
  5. Hi @Hex. We all including my son did the immigration medical check up on the same day late June which is way more than 5 days. Prior to medicals my son had a regular check up in the local medical center using interim medicare card. No we didn't provide any HAP ID during his check up at local medical center. We didn't even know our HAP ID until before MA provided us after immigration requested it. This was after my son's normal checkup at the local medical center. Immigration requested medicals only for my and my wife. We however did it for our son as well but the HAP ID was not provided by immigration for my son. MA gave us the same HAP ID that was generated during EOI for 189 and said it would be ok. If it was OK why would his status still show "In Progress".
  6. Hi @Hex . Created and Immi Account and IMMI Status Shows "Further Assessment". In the details it shows medical submitted for me and my wife. While my son's show "Medicals in Progress". We all did the medicals on the same day. However Immigration had asked for medicals only for me and my wife as my son's was already in "Medicals in Progress". We had a interim medicare card and my son had visited the doctor. This visit happened before immigration had asked for our medicals. I informed MA that my son's doctor visit was just a normal one. He provided me with another HAP ID for my son. The same HAP ID that was generated while I had submitted EOI for 189 visa. Don't know why my son's medical still says in progress. Very anxious and confused.
  7. Thanks @Hex. I do not have an immi account. Can I create one by myself? And do import application. Doesn't this create any problem as my agent's immi account is probably linked with my TRN.
  8. Hi @Hex I am also on the same boat. I currently have a 457 visa and my bridging visa will kick in on 05 May 2020. How can I see the status myself without bothering to ask MA.
  9. @Dhakalbinod has your nomination been approved already? If you could include timeline in your signature.
  10. Hi @Hex . Ok it now makes sense. I did the same. Waited for the nomination to get approved before I lodged the visa. Nomination Approved - May 2019 Visa Applied - 27 May 2019 Medical and PCC requests - 4 June Medical and PCC submitted - 25 June Spouse functional english requests - 27 June Functional english submitted - 2 July Outcome expected - Only CO, and GOD knows
  11. Hi @sydneyishuk what do you meaning by - "As long as you apply within 6 month of the visa grant than that is fine." Is it a 186 visa already granted, or nomination approved?
