How long did you work with them? I was being involved this shit for a few years since i applied 457. Im scare if i complain to the court all visa will be canceled

Hi, i signed the contract which is 55k + super and working 38hrs everyweek, 4 weeks holiday with pay that is the contract until now. Unfortunately, they pushed me now the same payment with 48hrs and no holidays payment without any new contract.

Please someone help! I got PR through TRT 186 ENS 5 weeks ago. I had really bad situation now with the contract rules that the company should pay me correct and my hours as the same as the contract showed, however they pushed me work more than 38 hrs to 48hrs/w and pay less. Someone said i can leave now if they dont follow the contract. Is that right? Im worries if i leave this company my PR will be canceled. Please help!

Hi everyone, very stressful and slam situation. I got my ENS visa 186 TRT from 8/7/2019 from that time the owner pushed me to work 52hrs/week that is illegal because i signed in the contract that is just 38hours. I wanna stop this situation. If i stopped working to fix this, i am scared they can report as im not working. Please help!

457 granted December 2016 applied 186 TRT 13/12/2018 nomination approved 24/5/2019 requested further documents submitted 4/6/2019 visa granted: 7/7/2019 Final goal for more than 6 years when i started my plan since arriving here 19/12/2012. OVER!!!!

Hi guys, im so nervous right now. Need some advises. Restaurant manager applied 13/12 2018 nomination approved 24/5/2019 requested documents: AFD and qualifications for dependent. And submitted 4/6/2019. Do you know how long it will be final results? This time is likely 100 years waiting for me that is killing me now. Please.
