Hi co asked me same PTE last month..if you have given test in past 2 years they are able to track your PTE through online portal or you can call PTE Customer Support Team. They will attach your details to the department. But unfortunately if it's over 2 years PTE don't keep any record...same situation with me..I sent them an email..once received reply I attached that email to co...received decision ready officer email that they will contact PTE direct if any thing else required..they will contact me..

Hi guys pls help me with this query..My file just opened after a long wait of 19 months..My case officer asked for PTE scorecard secure link through PTE online portal. But Pte keep only record for 2 years from the date of issue of certificate. Kindly suggest me what to do..Thank you

I am following this forum for a long time...I must say very helpful for many applicants..but unable to understand the processing time frame...many of them receiving update with in time frame or too quick...but applicants like me waiting almost 18 months...
