    Hi all, Got PR approved as well. I refreshed Immi before lunch and it was still Further Assessment, and when I saw seau’s post above it got me curious so I went in to refresh (like I’ve been doing a million other times) and didnt expect the status to change to Finalised, but it did! Initially when we applied I thought I’d have to wait for 13 months, but thanks to this forum, I’ve learnt that processing time could be much shorter. I know we’re among the very lucky ones to have the PR only within 2 months from application, so am very grateful for this. All the best to everyone and don’t lose hope! Timeline updated in signature.

    Big congrats!! Just for my curiosity (and maybe others’), can you share your timeline? (when was your nomination approved? When did they request for medical?, etc)

    Looking at your signature my best guess is your medical and police checks have expired. They have 1-year validity. Not all but some people have to provide them again.

    Last month it was updated on 26 Apr, so a few days give and take.

    Just a quick update, have heard back from the MA and the nomination was approved on 24 Apr as well (same day as further request for med check).

    Hello everyone, I’m a newbie here so apologies if my question has been asked... Here is my case: Visa type: 186 DE Nomination & application submitted: 11 Apr 2019 Status changed to Initial Assessment & request for Med checks: 24 Apr 2019 Med clearance: 13 May 2019 I haven’t heard anything from my MA, as she has recently resigned and my case has been passed to another person in the same agency. My question is given they have requested for my med checks and the status is now Further Assessment, does that mean my nomination has been approved? Many thanks in advance!
