Didn't get that email. The only email I got after applying was the one saying my nomination was approved. Didn't get any requests for additional documents either. My status went from "Received" to "Finalised" straight.

Just got my golden email this morning, one day after posting this. What a coincidence! The processing time was indeed 13 months. Haha.

I got nominated by my university last year (March 2018), and submitted my application in April 2018. Got my nomination approved on the 22nd of Feb 2019, but haven't heard anything else from the Department. Hopefully i hear from them sometime soon!
