    Hey @lulumanda, My MA asked me if I can apply another NPC with my nickname on, otherwise an explanation email regarding my nickname will be sent to Immigration. Then I tried to apply a new NPC online with my nickname on, luckily I got it. Now, my status is changed as ‘ further assessment’ . Finger crossing .....

    hey guys, I received the email this morning from MA and I have been ask for further information on both nomination and personal visa parts. I'm not too concerned with the Nomination part, however, the Immi asked the AFP and my original country's criminal record at the same time which I have provided a clearance. They mentioned: 'I note that you have provided a clearance, however please provide an updated clearance to include all name variations and aliases.' And they listed three full names... I will use 'Waston' as family name and 'Emily' as given name to explain what they actually need. AFP: WASTON, emily / WASTON, Kelly / EMILY WASTON Original country's police check: WASTON, emily / WASTON, Kelly / EMILY WASTON. I guess that, the reason they asked about name 'WASTON Kelly' is due to the photo I have attached, but how am I able to prove it if it is just a nickname????? I'm soooo lost and confused.. I hope my question is not too long to bother everyone, but if anyone has any ideas about this weird request, please let me know as soon as possible. thank you.

    Hey Guys, I just realized that when MA lodged my application, the section of other name used was written as Kelly and the reason for change is nickname. And I saw the attached documents on Immi actually been requesting Evidence of name. How should I provide evidence if Kelly just my nickname? Is it necessary to provide? thanks.

    Thank you @Hex. As you mentioned about the sensitivity of company’s Nomination part, should I believe that if the Nomination is approved, my personal visa status will be changed as well?

    Hi everyone, The company I am working now has applied PR application for me through 457-186 TRT stream. My employer applied Nomination and visa together. It’s not convenient to ask all the time how is going with my visa, therefore, I registered an account and be able to check my personal visa status at any time; Is there anyway I could check the Nomination status as well? I couldn’t tell from the immiaccount I registered. Or should I believe if my Nomination passed and the immiaccount status which I received will be changed from [Received] to any other staus? I’ve attached the current update from the web. Cheers

    Hey sydneyishuk, thansk for your suggestion. That’s the first time to hear that. Do you mean that I can create a new immi account to keep an eye on my application’s process, even I have authorized my MA to deal with my application?

    Occupation: Cafe or Restaurant Manager 186 TRT China 186 visa and Nomination Application applied: 09/11/2019 lodged both on the same time However it is my MA to handle the immi account, I cannot login. She have to capture the screen to me if I ask. Medical check and police check has been done by MA’s requirement and lodged at the same time. No further update yet... Btw，I’m so admire the person who worked for Deloitte, he or she even lodged later than me Does anyone know which month they are processing for 186 TRT at the moment?
