Hi, how small is your restaurant? How much is the turn over? As I know it’s better no to show your owner working there full time if restaurant is really small. But ask your MA what kind of documents to make your case strong. I have my DE nomination refused with financial issues and now applying with TRT. Hope for the best this time

Once the nomination passed than visa is easy’s part I think. How long it takes you to get the new nomination approved? i was waiting nearly 20 months for my DE nomination.

Hey, can I please ask: What did they check in your workplace? Just to see there is a shop and you are there? Or did they check any documents? And what did they asking through the phone with u and your employer? thank you so much !
