Hi. Does anybody know the answer of my question? If we go to maternity leave for example for 6 months, does this 6 month counts a part of the 2 years commitment?

So, is it fair that some of us have born in high risk counties and some others not? Your conclusion is not reasonable at all. There are many people that are from high risk countries and are waited for 2 years.

It is strange that granting visas is held for a while. It is around 3 weeks that nobody posted a message about granting a visa.

The whole paragraph is this: "If the nominee has not already lodged an application for permanent residence, in which case the nominee has 6 months from the date of this letter or before the expiry of their current visa (whichever is sooner) in which to lodge an application for permanent residence. Please send a copy of this letter to the nominee so that they can lodge it with their visa application" I want to know is it for the applicants that have not lodged their visa applications at the time of nomination approval, or it is for all applicants. I have already lodge my visa application. Does it mean I should attach this to my documents?

Hi. I have already lodged my application for visa. Also my nomination is approved 6 days ago. So, should I upload the approval letter of nomination to my visa application or not? In the nomination letter, it is mentioned that "Please send a copy of this letter to the nominee so that they can lodge it with their visa application." Thanks in advance.

We finished health assessment a month back and the update date was change at that time. I just checked. There is no new message as well.

Hi. My employer just informed me that our nomination is approved on Saturday 08/06/2019 (over the weekend). I am pretty glad.

Hi AMcclain Sorry to hear that. What do you mean by saying training levy per year? My company has paid only 3000 for training levy. Is there anything that is missed here?

It should be 2 years of 3? On the IMMI websitet, it is mentioned that "you must have worked for your employer full-time for at least three years".

Hi, Should the employer provide the nominee's work experience at the time of submitting the nomination application? I would be appreciate if anybody know respond to this question.

I am a laboratory manager in an oil condition monitoring company. The company's clients are from power plants and mining sectors. The clients send their oil samples to our company and we run some tests on the samples and analyse corrosive particles inside the oil samples. I do not know in which sector is my company.

Thanks for the response. Based on what I see in this website, every salaries higher than 54K are acceptable, even for professional jobs and experienced persons, right? Honestly, I cannot find it for a chemical engineer who works in a oil analysis laboratory
