No they dont send u any acknowledgement for aos. All u need to do is call up the aos number 132850 & ask them to check whether your file is all good The line is always busy & on hold waiting for the line is approximately about 30mins to an hour. So better to ring them at exactly 8am ^^ give them ur crn number & all the detail they ask to confirm ur id ^^ they are very helpful. We have received the request to support document from immi 2day after 42 months we applied 143 on 9 november 2015 and we have 70 days to do everything.

The requirement income will be updated twice a year. Sometimes it remains the same sometimes it increases about the waiting time its really hard to tell. People said it takes 18-24 months for wait at the time we applied 143 for my parent in November 2015. But up untill now we haven't heard anything yet. It has been more than 3yrs 7 mons & still waiting. good luck ^^

Thank you so much for your help im really appreciate that I can translate her birth certificate to English and jp or certified it anytime or wait until immi ask for further documents? By the way do you know how long does the national police check from Aus Federal Police valid for ? Because my mum will come to Aus next week for 2 weeks so i think i can apply police check for her when she is here.

Hello everybody, i applied visa 143 for my parents in Nov 2015 since then my mum often visit us on tourist visa 600 & total time she spend in Aus up till now is over 12 months. As far as i know i need to do police check for her in Aus. Does anybody know how to do it? What document do i need coz she has only passport is her id. the passport is only 70 points ( not enough 100 points yet) thank u in advance.
