Hi All, Just got an auto response from Dept. Immigration today. Says 143 Queue / Visa Assessment is JUNE 2015. Previous auto response dated 27/1/2019 states Queue/Visa Assessment JULY 2015. According to VisaTracker people are being asked for documents for Application submissions on as late as 4th August 2015. We were told by the Department that applications were assessed on date order only. Total confusion, unless a mistake.....

I was hoping as to get an appointment would take time, and we could have the documents ready to go. Anyway, thanks so much for the reply, sounds sensible. :-) Just looking for some movement I suppose as there has been nothing to get excited about to date.

We are new to this forum and applied 143 on 1st December 2015 (38mths) We are only just making appointments in May for PCC and Medicals for our Mum in UK. We reckon that we won’t hear anything for at least 10 months or so. We have also filled out Form 80 just in case. Is there anyone else with a similar app date and what is your feeling on getting appointment ready before being asked to.? Any insights welcome.

We can sympathise, as applied in December 2015, queue seems to have stalled, I am going back to visit Mum again, she is on her own and my husband and I have been doing this separately each year since 2015. Spoke to our local MP to try to get the dept to look into delays in processing and no real interest. Despite this we remain positive and find this helps keep Mums spirits up too.
