Hi @laurahair Thank you for the response and good to hear that you got your PR with no issues. Just another question, did you end up pursuing the online study. I am enrolled with a WA uni but doing my studies online and I am based in Sunshine coast Qld. I will be eligible to apply for my 887 in August, when I checked with a mara agent, they said online study is not considered a breach, but after reading your post I got curious as to why the college told you its a breach. I hope this won't be a breach on my side.

Hi Devin, Yes i did receive the nomination on the 21st of November and have already lodged the visa application on the 30th of November and now patiently waiting.

Hi Devin I'm not an expert but i think your time is still fine so dont worry. I did apply on 31 Oct and did received my invitation on the 21st of Nov. Hope this helps.

My Timeline is as follows for the 489 QLD: EOI- 12 September 2018 Invitation to Lodge - 31 Oct 2018 Lodged application to QLD -07 Nov 2018 Nomination/Invitaion -21 Nov 2018 Visa Lodgement- 30 Nov 2018 All documents less medicals Medicals uploaded- 18 Dec 2018 Now waiting............ I applied through MA and i have no update yet so i think CO is not yet assigned.
