I bet case officer requests more documents then opens file again after 30 days and decide if the visa is granted... Edit: I was wrong, as @Tomlfc1992 pointed out below, he is waiting more than 30 days after delivering police checks. Sorry!

Can you open new browser window in incognito mode (Ctrl+shift+n) and try to login again? Looks like immi is pushing hard all those TRT applications... Not even one DE application from Feb 2018 got processed in last 7 days..

Hey! Could you please throw more light on this? My application has a police check from 2017, does it mean that I need to request it again? I am not a NZ resident, just spent some time living there (not even a full year).
