what do you mean by : AFP on a different name ??
-
if you look through the forum you will see that it may take from 0 days to more than a year... in my case they asked for documents after exactly a week.
-
until they ask additional docs it will be "received". if they ask for sth it will then change to "initial assessment "
-
yes you do. following march 2018 change of rules for rsms you need to have 3 years experience. everyone who applied for rsms BEFORE march 2018 didn't have to have 3 years experience.
-
yeah, that's weird. you sure you didn't get nomination yet? what is your agent saying? when they requested more docs did you status change to "initial assessment" ?
-
are you still waiting? what's your timeline?
-
yes you can
-
not necessarily. i got nomination 15 January 2019 and today, 29 Jan 2019 CO requested documents
-
so CO didn't even open the application yet? OMG why does it take so long?? very annoying. I applied for new AFP on friday, so that will take some time also I need to attach criminal record from one more country and that may take a month, hopefully not longer. But none of it matters if the CO does not open the application for months. keep us updated.

15 Jan 2019. My MA asked me to apply AFP ahead of time.
-
Good question, I was wondering myself, i'm in a same situation. Got nomination and by now Afp, medical and ielts expired.
-
thank you for clarifying.
-
Can people tell me how did you know you got your nomination?? Did you agent send you some kind of proof/document or simply told you? My agency claims i got nomination on 15 Jan 2019 but when I log into immi account there is no messages, status received, and when I asked my agency to send me some proof/document about nomination they don't reply...something doesn't add up in here..
-
You can import your agents application into your account, DO NOT CREATE NEW ONE it will only confuse everyone.
-
yup WWVP uploaded, payslips provided 3 months ago(not sure how up to date they want, but so far no one asked for anything yet)
-
2 ppl applied close to each other. one got PR in 8 months, the other waited 19 months for nomination but got visa refused because of medicals, another person was 6 months apart from those two, got the PR in 22 months. myself and other applied 1 month apart from each other and I got nomination already the other one didn't yet. All seem to be very random...
-
like I said before: out of 4 of us, 1 already had PR granted, 1 had nomination granted and 2 not yet nomination, only rcb granted. So looks like they may ask payslip on any stage
-
Did you have to do second medical or was it for first time medical?
-
i have submitted all possible documents they could need, 21 of them , and didn't get visa same day as nomination
-
if he asks for payslips, just send it to him, he should know what to do next
-
when he asked for payslips from all 4 of us 1 person already received PR, one got already nomination but me and other one not even nomination yet at that point, only rcb approved
-
yes i can see all uploaded documents on the immi account except for payslips. Do you do it by yourself? no agent?
-
funny you ask! Every time i'm contacted by different MA as the migration company has a massive turnover of employees!! hence the mess
-
Agent asked for the payslips from all sponsored employees (there is 4 of us and same MA company handles our visas) back in October i believe. Agent wanted payslips from 3 last months
-
Thank you for the info. I have submitted ALL the necessary documents they could possibly want...I hope they will not ask for any but since they didn't give me visa the same they as the nomination ( as other lucky people) it probably mean they will need some updated documents. As far as I know most will be expired as I submitted them in Aug 2017
