Hi Sonia , I am not sure if they requested anything yet because my lawyer wasn’t in the office today so I talked to her assistant and she said she doesn’t have any information but they requested my medical , form 80 and my husband’s English proficiency.

Hi friends ! Need some information! Nomination + visa 3/11/2018 immi called today at my workplace and she asked few questions about me . She asked about my package, and if position still available, and why she didn’t hire Australian or local person . So my owner said I tried locals but they are not reliable . And my package is $540000 position restaurant manager state Tas restaurant turnover is 2.5 million what do you all think they opened my file or it was just random phone call. Please share your experience. thabk you

Restaurant manager , I do have 3 years experience but I have done couple of months casual (30 hours per week ) , I don’t know I am not positive about anything because I have already gone through so much .

It’s ok I am in same situation but my MA said it’s not mandatory , I was only couple of months short , I lodged my visa in September .

Yeh it’s long time , I have done diploma of management which was 6 months but I have 2 years Australian study , so I needed 3 years experience to claim 5 points . I don’t know how it works .

Nope at least 20 hours a week , I am also waiting for skill assessment’s decision as well , I applied in August .

It’s a good news , you nomination and your visa file opened at same time so they might required some documents for nomination as well as visa file . Fingers crossed . Do you mind sharing more info like your occupation and state ?

I heard that but I don’t think it’s for RSMs as well , well let’s see , because lots of people are waiting since 2016-2017 , pray for everyone, waiting time is mentally torture. Hope everyone is doing good. Wish you guys all the best and let’s what will happen . I am very depressed , immigration rules and waiting time is ridiculous.

They shouldn’t ask about your irk experience. But anyway keep praying and hope for the best you never know.

Did you apply after 18th of March? If yes then that’s ok but if after 18th of March then you need 3 years experience. But I don’t know much about RPL . Fingers crossed
