Hi guys! how are we all going ? I just checked my immi account which says I have an appointment on 16feb 2021. but I have to bring all those documents which have been listed. I have question that I don’t have original marriage certificate. I do have my marriage certificate which is attested. Hi folks, I applied my citizenship on 26/09/2020 hobart I have question that I have lost my marriage certificate but I do have certified copy of my marriage certificate. I was wondering what else I can do or what are the alternatives. Cheers

Hi guys ! I am asking behalf of friend, she got her 187visa approved In 2017 offshore )not sure about date or month) But her owner shut that business Before she entered the Australia. So she suddenly got a letter from department that her visa has been canceled, but she is still living in same regional area her daughter goes to local state school. She made genuine effort with employment as well. But In 2018 she appllied for AAT and she had final hearing in June 2019 and officer said he will give a decision in July. But as we are in 2020 and she hasn’t heard anything from them yet. Anyone experienced same ? That will be really helpful. She is very stressed at the moment. Thanks

Hi everyone! I have lost my job too on Monday she arranged a staff meeting and said she doesn’t have work for anyone for while. I was also worried but I talk to my migration lawyer and explained my situation, I got my visa last year in sep. migration lawyer said it’s is a worldwide issue, so department won’t take any action against you , you are free to find another job and move to other regional area.please talk to your migration lawyer don’t panic . stay safe and stay positive take care

Visa/nomination/rcb applied on 3/09/2018 nomination approved 12/07/2019 no documents requested visa documents requested same day 12/07/2019 submited everything on 08/08/2019 and got my golden emails today. occupation restaurant manager state tasmania thanks everyone i wish you all the very best .
