I'm Sorry, I'm not sure what do you mean, My wife (the sponsor) uploaded her sponsor info and application through my immi account in the same visa application as me, we did not have a separate application for her.

Hey Everyone, I was a quiet follower here in the last 8-9 month and even if I wasn’t too active, this forum helped us a lot. I spent 4 months to prepare everything neat before lodgement. I’m Hungarian living in Scotland and my wife is Australian by birth. We had a very strong evidence, been together for 3,5 years and got marriage 2 years ago. No kids. Here’s our timeline; Applied on 6th Jan 2019 Medical completed after 3-4 weeks. All of the Hungarian (original and translated) and UK Police checks for me (applicant) and Australian & UK for my wife (sponsor) all front loaded. All evidence front loaded in 2 days. (65/100) No RFI - we just went from lodgement to grant and received the golden email on the 1stof April. Still can’t believe it wasn’t even 3 months. Good luck to everyone else waiting.

Hi Nemesis, thanks for your reply. Just noticed while applying the documents the max limit is 100 instead of 60. It says on the top already 54 out of 100 documents received. Can't find anywhere that the max is 60 documents? Has this changed?

Hi there, we applied the Visa 309 today evening and started to attach the documents as well. I’m just wondering, is there any time limit to upload everything between of submitting and finalised by the department? I mean do I have couple of days to work on it or need to push it asap?

Hello everyone, I didn't find any information about the Police Check. I'm Hungarian and my wife is Australian, also everything is prepared to apply the 309 Visa but unfortunately, I realised my Hungarian Police Check (it was only valid for 90 days) is expired only few days ago. Should I apply the Visa as it is and later on I can make a new, valid Police Check again if it needed or is it has to be valid before the submitting? Also, I'm not sure, my wife as a sponsor, does she need to write a statement letter too? Thanks, Rob
