I have contacted them so many times also send follow-up emails. They always advise me that it still going through routine checkups.. I don't exactly know what does that mean!

Hello ALL, I have completed my 4 years in 457 visa . My 186 is still under process from last 23 months. I am just wondering if I can work elsewhere in bridging visa? will it effect my ongoing 186? Please advise.

not much .. my company has sponsored 3 people and all of them had successfully acquired PR. I am not sure why they are suspecting so much..... It's been over 3 months after their visit and my employer submitted all requested documents as well.. still no response.

Exactly same happened in my case .ABF made surprise visit to my work place and interviewed almost everyone and requested for documents.. no update from them yet...its been almost 3 months now..Any update on your case?

Hi, looking for advice in my case.. I applied my 186 TRT -STUDENT Counselor on April 2017 -additional requested on 15/01/2018- ABF Field visit - 29/06/2018 no response since then. My 457 is expiring on April 2019 ... Please advise if i can apply for any other visa -student visa or something? I really do not want to depend on 186 bridging ..If i apply for studnet via,will my 186 bridging visa will be cancelled? Please advise... so freaking angry and worried...

I have been checking so many times a day . Further documents on my nomination was requested on 15/01/2018 ,my employer submitted it on 30/01/2018. Immigration officers did site visit on 29/06/2018 ...no response from then ...worried

Hi All, I applied my nomination application-186 TRT (Student counselor)) and visa application on 24/04/2017,further documents was requested on 15/01/2018 on nomination part . Surprise site visit by immigration officers on 30/06/2018, no update on my file yet ..19+ months waiting .. Anyone else from April 2017?
