    Hi All We uploaded our police checks on request last week Wednesday and we just got the news that 309 has been granted goodluck to you all waiting but ours was pretty quick. Applied April, medcheck the following week, recieved no comms until October 29th requesting police certificates and recieved approval this morning. We are defacto, 2.5 years together, he is Italian and I am Australian. 7months and approved! All the best!

    Our medical took 48hrs to appear. Went to Knightsbridge also and the service was speedy and painless. Unlike getting the four police certificates from EU countries. Is there an average on how fast people are seeing answers after you submit further evidence at the moment? Also, has anyone had more evidence (different for first request) happen after submission? Trying to brace myself for another headache

    So confusing! I called the IMMI help line and the guy was as equally confused and told me to do both just in case. Ah! I just don’t want there to be hiccups to delay this thing even more. Let you know how I go anyway.

    Hi all! For everyone uploading police certificates and extra requested documents, did you also reply to the email of request or just upload on immiaccount and press the grey button? The email has a replyto: available and the letter says “you must respond to us in writing to the details provided below” on one page (but no details are actually provided) and then on another page it says do not reply by sending us the documents as we do not send a letter of receipt of documents and can delay your application. SO CONFUSING!

    Congratulation! Amazing news on a Saturday ! Just wondering if anyone has experienced particular countries taking longer than the time frame given after the police checks request (28 days) ? We have been told by one country that for non nationals it takes longer than 30 days potentially 2 months. There’s nothing that will show up and all other countries are all with no trace too, but we are a little anxious because it’s longer than given timeframe.

    Congrats to all who have been approved just wondering how long it states you have until you can arrive to Australia? We are about to take a long holiday and anxious it will cross over. I was reading it’s about a year? But wondering if anything has changed...

    Hi all! We have been asked for police certificates for my partner ! So thrilled as it’s been radio silence since applying in April. He’s lived in 4 countries and we are already in the process of getting these so the timing is perfect London is definitely moving

    Excellent news! Happy things are moving along for people. Just wondering if anyone is waiting for police certificates requests or uploading right away? We have only just requested them from the authorities because we were told they can expire ? We have not yet been asked for them.

    Hi all! Just joined - same situation as most and fall under the April batch! Sitting on recieved with no indication on moving. Anyone an Australian citizen but not by birth? I’m 22 years a citizen and partner applying is Italian but we live in London. thanks!
