  1. Hi guys, Does anyone know if a sponsor need to pay SAF Levy again for a second 186 visa nomination in the same year? Our business' turnover is less than $10m, so we paid $3000 for the first nomination and it was approved this month, and we are lodging another nomination soon. Do we need to pay $3000 again? Thanks in advance
  2. Thanks very much for your ideas. We should also write names on the invoice as well as a letter from the training provider. Thanks again.
  3. Hey guys, For those who’ve been through training benchmark A, how did you guys prove that the training was given to PR and Citizen staffs? I am thinking of getting a letter from the person who gave us a seminar for TB A. Any better ideas? Thanks in advance
  4. Hi Vipa, Thanks for sharing your story! It's just ridiculous how they refuse our nominations for such reasons, but it had already happened. For exactly same reasons as you, I'm reapplying the visa too, and my MA also said training benchmark is gone, but as we have a record, we gotta prepare documents for the reasons for refusal as well as new SAF rules ($3000 donation). Thanks again, and let's keep our fingers crossed! Please update me when you have the result next year!
  5. No just training benchmark. We mainly focused on genuine position part, so it was quite shocking for us
  6. Thanks for the reply guys. So we knew the new benchmark got tougher than before, so we paid extra attention to it. But CO was just super picky on this, so the reasons were; 1. There were couple of invoices that a trainer came to the company and gave us training about teaching (we are a very small school), and CO said there is no written evidence that those training were given to actual 'PR' holder staff or citizen staff on the invoice. Like, who writes that some product is for PR or citizen holder on the invoice? AND we could more than be happy to provide extra documents if CO asked. 2. Training benchmarks were paid on time. But CO said there is no evidence that it was actually paid from the company's account. We provided our MA bank statements of specific period of training benchmarks were paid, but our MA didn't submit it, but again, if CO asked it, we could have sent those evidences right away. Well it is too late for me, but they really do refuse nominations without asking further documents, so keep that in mind folks.
  7. I feel terrible to say this, but my nomination was refused yesterday because of training bench mark, without asking for further documents. My MA thinks we have a chance to win if we appeal and we will have a meeting next week, but does someone have an answer to my questions? The problem is I must get the visa until 31/12/2019 or I need to go back to my country, so time is very important to me(It's because of military service and there is no other option). Q1. I heard that appeal takes ages to process, like minimum 15 months, and even if we win the appeal, that's just a nomination and we need to apply for the visa after that. Is that correct? Q2. My occupation was removed from the list on March 2017, when whole 457 visa was removed. Can I still re-apply nomination? I heard applying nomination again can take shorter time than appeal. (my occupation is sound technician) Thank you for reading this, and hope you guys visas come through without any problem. Thanks
  8. Thank you Hex. But immi status that I can see in the visa application page, which is just 'received', does not include nomination processing status, is that right? So essentially we do not know if nomination assessment was started or not if we do not have an access to nomination application page? Thanks again,
  9. Hi, I'm new to this forum. All the information that I needed was right here! I will keep following this until I get my golden mail. One question; I have imported my visa application to immi account today, but I wasn't able to import nomination application. In this case, I cannot track status of my nomination? or does visa status include nomination processing? Thanks in advance
