Hi there I am newbie here, I applied ENS TRT on 18th of January this year, and got document request from immigration - Genuine need of position and financial information. The position I applied is Customer Service Manager. Because I am mostly not working at head office, I am afraid if immigration directly call head office. I am imagining worst scenario if someone take a call and say something wrong and mess up. Is anyone know about this ? Do you think I should do special request for this ? I am thinking to send head office Genuine need document what I am going to send it to immigration If anyone can reply me that would be fantastic. Thank you
