    Hey mate you need to be patient you so far down the pecking order. You lodged your application much later than most who are waiting from Jan, Feb, and March. I notice your posting a lot about similar things. Focus your energy on other things I doubt you will see anything any time soon

    guys I have a question will a ENS transition to residency be granted if you still have an active 457? my 457 visa doesn’t expire till next June. i called immigration to discuss with them traveling and approval etc. they advised a decision will not be made until my 457 visa expires

    Your very unlikely to see anything this side of the year mate. Looks to be a big focus on processing applications from feb early March. The big change meant a mass influx of applicants later feb early March hence the delay in processing. have a great Christmas and forget it till after Christmas your only wasting your time if you think you will see it this side of the year.

    Hi guys and girls I was having a look over the spreadsheet and to me it looks like there has been far more grants that what the spreadsheet is saying. Whos responsible for updating it ?

    An awful lot of feb applicants my MA called today to inform me that all his Jan applicants have now been finalised. i almost thought I’d share another thing My MA worked for Immigration for 30 years he ran the skilled migrant department so was responsible for processing the visas we are all waiting on. I said if I don’t speak to you before Christmas have a great one. His words were I’m sure we will talk before then

    I’ve been wondering how to do it I’m British but lived and worked in NZ for 2 years. Ive been in Australia for 5 years on 457s I’m hoping this hurry’s up though I can’t remortgage my houses and have 3 of them all on high interest rates which is so frustrating. Banks don’t want to know when your on a bridging visa

    This is my opinion Based on conversations with my MA. Before Xmas people who logged applications in jan, feb, March should see there visas processed or at least the nominations approved.
